Dina Sophia Orschmann is a German footballer who plays as a forward for 1. FC Union Berlin in the Frauen-Bundesliga.
Began in the youth of SFC Stern 1900 together with her twin sister Katja Orschmann, then joined 1. FC Union Berlin’s youth set-up (rise to the first team in 2014).
Dina and Katja once celebrated their graduation ball in the stadium An der Alten Försterei.
Dina and her sister Katja played together for WU20 Germany national team and as for 2025 both of them are representing 1. FC Union Berlin together.
She had a short spell with Rangers (Scotland) in 2022, then returned to 1. FC Union Berlin in January 2023.
She speaks both German and English.
After strong scoring at Union she went to the University of Central Florida (UCF Knights) in the USA (2017–2018).
She enjoys playing spikeball.
Dina wrote her own booked called "Rundum fit, Wie du am Ball bleibst".
Dina is active in her time off the football pitch and tries out new activities such as bouldering.
She's able to do a headstand.
