Ida Elisa Heikkinen is a Finish footballer who plays as a defender for 1. FC Union Berlin in the Frauen-Bundesliga and the youth Finland team.
Ida began her football journey at FC Wild in Kirkkonummi, near Helsinki.
At just 14 years old, she made her debut for FC Honka's first team in the Kansallinen Liiga (Finland's top women's league) on July 31, 2021.
Ida earned more than 25 caps for various Finnish youth national teams.
In January 2025, Ida signed with 1. FC Union Berlin, marking her first move abroad. She was joined by her former FC Honka and Finland U19 teammate, Elli Seiro.
Ida was also an occasional captain for FC Honka.
She enjoys playing golf.
