Dulce Maria

She has an identical twin sister, Maria Clara, who is also a footballer and has played alongside her in Corinthians’ youth system.

She and her twin sister helped create a girls’ football team at their school after growing up playing futsal with boys in their hometown.

At the 2022 Brazilian School Games, she wore the No. 10 shirt and captained her school team.

She had never played full-size football before her Corinthians trial, having grown up playing futsal instead.
