Élisa Rambaud is a French forward for Montpellier HSC in France’s Arkema Première Ligue, and she has represented France at U16, U17 and U19 level.
She started playing football at age six, and joined Olympique Lyonnais right after, at U7.
She later played in boys’ teams for several seasons before returning to women’s football.
Her father is a sports coach and loves football.
Her childhood idols included Grace Geyoro, and former MHSC winger Elodie Thomis.
She chose to study business through online courses to secure a “plan B” outside football.
She sometimes plays for three different teams in the same season: D1, U19, and the reserve team in D3.
