Payton Elizabeth Linnehan is an American professional soccer player who plays as a forward for the Portland Thorns of the National Women's Soccer League.
She began playing soccer at the age of five.
She has played for several U.S. national youth sides including the U-15’s, U-17’s, and U-23’s.
She scored 90 seconds into her first start for Portland.
She majored in Psychology at Penn State University.

Outside of soccer, she enjoys exploring new music, spending time with friends and family, and engaging in creative activities that allow her to unwind and express herself.
