Kailen Sheridan

In June 2023 she got married to her life partner Dominique Sheridan.

Often called "Kai" by teammates and friends.

Kailen is a big dog lover, she ownes a dog herself.

Kailen attended Clemson University, where she majored in Psychology.

She enjoys activities like yoga, reading, and outdoor adventures, especially hikes.

She is passionate about traveling and exploring new cultures and cuisines.

Kailen Sheridan is openly part of the LGBTQ+ community.

Close friends include many of her Canadian national teammates and former clubmates, such as Vanessa Gilles and Sophie Schmidt.

Her favourite animal (apart from dogs) is wolf, symbolizing loyalty and strong instincts.

She's a big sushi fan and her favourite snack is dark cholocate.

Kailen enjoys ice hockey, reflecting her Canadian roots.

She looks up to Christine Sinclair, a fellow Canadian soccer legend, for her leadership and legacy. She also admires Hope Solo for her impact as a goalkeeper.

Kailen speaks English fluently and has picked up some French through her time in Canada

Kailen is a strong advocate for mental health awareness and has participated in campaigns encouraging athletes to prioritize mental well-being. She also supports youth soccer development programs in Canada.

She’s a fitness enthusiast and often shares workout tips on her social media.
