Erica Parkinson

She studied business, economics and psychology while developing as a professional footballer in Portugal.

Her women’s football inspirations include Kika Nazareth and Aitana Bonmatí. She particularly admires Bonmatí's technique and ability to read the game.

Journalling is part of her performance routine. She uses it alongside consistent routines and mental strategies designed to help her reset quickly after mistakes.
