Pernille Marie Hesselholt Sanvig is a Danish midfielder who plays for BK Häcken in Sweden’s OBOS Damallsvenskan, on loan from Eintracht Frankfurt. She has also represented Denmark across youth national-team levels, including U23.
She was born in Kolding, Denmark, and started her football journey there.
When she moved to Eintracht Frankfurt in early 2024, she was still finishing her final year of Danish gymnasium.
She has spoken about balancing football with school, saying a “study buddy” arrangement helped her keep up academically while focusing on her sport.
