Faith Chinzimu is a Malawian midfielder who plays for BK Häcken in Sweden’s Damallsvenskan and represents the Malawi women’s national team.
She grew up in Lilongwe, Malawi.
She moved away from home at just 12 years old to join a well-regarded academy.
She says she feels best playing centrally in midfield and likes being on the ball a lot.
She made her Malawi senior national team debut at 16.
After scoring a brace that helped Malawi qualify for their first-ever Women’s Africa Cup of Nations finals, she said it was the best moment of her career so far.
