Ryan Cady Campbell is an American professional soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for NJ/NY Gotham FC of the National Women's Soccer League.
Besides soccer, she also played basketball and tennis in high school.
She was named Trinity League Defensive Player of the Year in 2019.
Campbell won four ECNL national championships with her club team So Cal Blues.
Though initially committed to UCLA as a starter, she changed her commitment to be the backup at Stanford.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Stanford University in 2024.
She is a passionate writer. She journals, freewrites, and is working on a novel with a former Stanford professor. She’s especially into poetry and prose with a stream-of-consciousness vibe.
She has watched Gossip Girl all the way through three times and jokes she’s now “living out her Gossip Girl dreams” in New York.
She is into wellness, food, and mindfulness—calls herself “nerdy” about it.
