Monica Renzotti is an Italian footballer who plays as a forward. She represents Italy on youth international level.

Monica was born in Brescia and started playing football with her hometown club Castrezzato before joining Brescia's academy.

Monica's football journey started because of her older cousin. She regularly went to watch his matches with Castrezzato, eventually asked if she could join in, and that's how she discovered her love for football.

Her very first position was actually goalkeeper. She jokes that the coaches probably put her in goal because she was a girl, but after another child proved to be the better goalkeeper, she finally got the chance to play outfield—the position where she truly flourished.

She joined AC Milan's academy in 2019, beginning a pathway that would eventually take her to the first team.

She later became captain of AC Milan Primavera, leading one of Italy's strongest youth sides during the 2023–24 season. Under her captaincy, Milan Primavera won the Campionato Primavera 1 title in 2024.

She has two swallow tattoos dedicated to her late grandparents. The tattoos are a permanent tribute to two of the most important people in her life.

She enjoys reading psychology and motivational books, believing that improving mentally is just as important as developing as a footballer.

Education remains an important priority for her. She planned to complete her final year of secondary school before studying marketing, with the long-term ambition of continuing to work in football after her playing career.
