Diana Laura Evangelista Chávez is a Mexican footballer who plays as a forward or winger. She has represented Mexico at senior level.
She is from Colima and studied for a degree in Physical Education and Sport at the University of Colima.
She earned a master's in Sports Psychology.
She is the only Rayadas player still active with the club from the 2017 Copa LIGA MX Femenil, the tournament that marked the beginning of professional women’s football in Mexico.
In the early Liga MX Femenil years, she said her salary in Monterrey barely covered rent and food, and that her parents helped with the rest of her expenses.
Off the pitch, she spends her time studying, listening to podcast and reading books to keep learning and be ready for life after football.
