Morgan Victoria Weaver is an American professional soccer player who plays as a forward for the Portland Thorns of the National Women's Soccer League.
She graduated with a degree humanities from Washington State University.
She scored a hat trick in her first college game and helped Washington State reach the NCAA Final Four in 2019.
She was drafted 2nd overall in the 2020 NWSL Draft — the highest-ever pick in Washington State history.
She grew up in University Place, Washington, and started playing soccer at age 5 with her twin brother.
She has multiple tattoos, including one for her late grandmother — her biggest inspiration growing up.
She did color commentary for a charity match while recovering from knee surgery in 2024.
As a kid, Morgan dreamed of being a pro player, even when it didn’t feel possible.
She has dyslexia and ADHD, but with support from her mom and she graduated college.
