Juliane Wirtz is a German footballer who plays as a midfielder for Frauen-Bundesliga club Werder Bremen.
She made her Frauen-Bundesliga debut at just 16 years old.
She helped Germany reach the final of the UEFA U19 EURO in 2019, finishing as runner-up.
She reached the DFB Cup final in 2024/25 with Werder Bremen — a major achievement in German football.
She is the older sister of Florian Wirtz who plays for Liverpool.
Both she and Florian started at Grün-Weiß Brauweiler, then 1. FC Köln, then Bayer Leverkusen.
